Okay so I’m a Newly built Home Owner and my wife ordered a new brand dryer the guys took it out the box and attached the power plug and every time we plug it in it popped the breaker I told them delivery guys it’s got to be power plug cause it’s the exact same dryer we had previously but the original went out so they switch power plug with another new one and same thing so delivery guys and my wife suggested it’s the wiring or the breaker that’s the issue so instead of wasting money and buying a new breaker and replace it I called Mister Sparky they came out and did a diagnostic on the wiring and my breaker box both them and the electric company said my breaker bow was great and diagnostic showed my wiring was great as well in the end it was the power cord because the power cord was installed incorrectly due to the delivery guys not being electrician to actually know the difference between the wires they were attaching and instead just going by instructions and if some misfortune was wrong with my breaker box it could have set my house on fire thanks to calling Mister Sparky I learned I was right about the issue and it was professionally corrected and I was able to get tips for keeping my house even safer with electrical problems I definitely will call again for any electrical issues in the future I’d like to give a shout out to Ms. Cheree who made my first time calling them easy even though I was frustrated and she was very pleasant, concerned about my issue and she helped with settling me by making sure they came out the very next day due to me calling past closing time the day before and another shout out to Luis Bravo the actual Electrician who came earlier than the appointment time and gave me knowledge as well found the issue quickly and resolved it and all around a great guy so if I call again I will ask for him due to great rapport and im sure it would be the same with any of their Electricians @ Mister Sparky

Mr. Sparky visited our home in Katy as we had a side of the house that was blown out from our Christmas light when it rained. He did an excellent job in going right to the problem. He replaced all of the outside outlets around the house and put weather protective covers on them. He also checked out other parts of the house without asking. A very thorough job, with professionalism. Thanks. If we ever have a problem, this is the electrician we will call. I highly recommend them.
