Horrendously laughable quality. I purchased Milgard V300 windows through a local company, who installed them. One window jumped off the tracks after only a handful of openings. 4 screens came damaged. But the absolute worst part is I’ve had 3 windows replaced 2x (so 3 total windows) and one window replaced once because of dirt, scratches or bubbles INSIDE the window. The repair crew came out today and didn’t install one window because it was so bad (dirt inside), one window has a bubble in the glass and the other 2 have large black flakes of dirt inside them. So I’m getting a 4th set of windows! Which I’m not expecting to be any better. Not to mention it’s June and 100 degree air wafting inside my house for over an hour. Oh and if you need a warranty repair, plan on waiting 2 months. It takes Milgard forever to process it, then schedule you several weeks out. Except the one time they didn’t actually call to schedule, the just put me on the schedule without telling me. Then they send me a “reminder” text while I’m on vacation. Then you call and the call tree is impossible and loaded with annoying pre-recorded messages. Press 0 enough times you get to an operator who then gets you to some employee who doesn’t know what they’re doing half the time. I regret ever purchasing Milgard windows. They’re awful. The company is awful. Quality is non-existent. Customer service is a joke. I hate my windows. I hate this company. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Find a company who respects that you work hard for your money and you trust them enough give them your money. From my experience, Milgard does not.

Happy in Mesa, Az. Thanks for the great customer service and service tech Ed. It took 23 years for the locking mechanism to fail (started to self lock), requested warranty service, about a week later Ed called running early... 30 minutes later problem solved and off he goes, freeing up the rest of my morning. Exceptional service Thank you.

I have never dealt with a company as inept as Milgard. After more than a year of waiting, we are still without the screens for our windows. They have scheduled multiple deliveries, but fail to even call when the product doesn't show up. On the rare occasions when techs do arrive, they can't seem to get the screens that have actually arrived onto the windows. The frustration didn’t stop there. They gave us the runaround about corrosion on our door frames until the warranty expired, and now we’re left with the costly burden of having to pay for replacements. I would highly recommend avoiding Milgard at all costs. Their lack of customer service, poor communication, and failure to stand by their products have been nothing short of disappointing. I will never use them again and will advise others to look elsewhere for windows and doors.
