Martin and his colleagues are amazingly efficient and helpful and communicate very promptly. They also had great contact with our chosen lender, to the extent that Martin got provisional acceptance to port our mortgage, from one property that we were buying to another better property, within 12 hours. It was enough to convince the developer that we were serious buyers and sell to us at a great discount! Martin has also communicated quickly throughout the process with agents and solicitor, keeping them abreast of progress and helping the sale go through smoothly and quickly. All this service and only one fee for securing the original mortgage offer and no charge for all the extra work caused by the change! Truly amazing service by J&M Green Mortgage Services. I would say that we will undoubtedly use them again, but we are rather hoping this will be our last house move!

As a first time buyer I was unsure where to start so I did some browsing to find a good broker company and read some reviews on J and M Green mortgage services so decided to give it a try. After having Steven as my mortgage adviser I can definitely say the reviews are deserved. He helped me overcome some obstacles that got in the way of my purchase and also offered me some excellent advice. I would definitely recommend J&M to anyone who is looking to buy a house, whether it be first time or not.
