Working with Omar and his team was wonderful, easy, affordable, and I am entirely satisfied with the work they completed. My house looks amazing and I didn't have to lift a finger! Omar went the extra mile on everything without me even having to ask. I wholeheartedly recommend Cardinal Exteriors and Roofing to everyone! To illustrate how refreshingly easy it was to work with Omar: while the painters were repairing some of the siding on my home, a nail went through the A/C line for my HVAC and released all of the freon. It was a complete accident and no way to know the line went through the wall in that location. I messaged Omar to let him know what happened with a picture of where I thought the punctured line was located. He called me back less than 30 minutes later, I explained what happened, and he let me know that he already had his HVAC technician scheduled at my house first thing the next morning, and his painters scheduled to repair the wall once the HVAC line was fixed. In less than 24 hours the problem was completely resolved, and his painters did such a great job I can't even tell where my wall was cut open! Omar resolved the issue without hesitation, and (obviously) paid for the extra repair out of his pocket. If I had used a different company I'm not sure my issue would have been resolved so easily and quickly. I strongly recommend using Omar for any roofing or house projects, he is so easy to work with, friendly, honest, kind, works with the same crews each time so I felt safe having them in my home. I'm so happy I scheduled them to do this work for me!
