Zach and John from BQ Electric did an outstanding job at our home! They installed smart switches for our outdoor lighting, a security camera with floodlights, and a whole home surge protection system—all with precision and care. Both Zach and John were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked. The entire process was smooth and efficient. We’re thrilled with the results and feel much more secure and connected. Highly recommend BQ Electric if you’re looking for top-notch electrical work!

We have been customers for about 10 years and have always had a good experience. We recently needed a new outlet added in our kitchen, a couple of switches replaed and another couple of switches combined. Anthony showed up to take a look. He was thorough in his assessment and gave us recommendations for the outlet, the switches and also for a whole home surge protector and provided different pricing options. He was up front about the work it would take to rewire the switches and also why the smart switches that we selected would not work with our existing wiring. There was no sales pitch. Just a thorough assessment and a good explanation by a competent electrician ! We opted to go only for the outlet and he scheduled a day and time to return to complete the job. He may have been able to do it the same day if it was in the morning. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to let us know his ETA and confirmed the work before starting. He worked alone and was done with snaking the wire up from the basement crawl space and installing the outlet in about an hour. He wore shoe covers whenever he was inside the house and confirmed everything worked. As with all of their techs, he was professional throughout and was a pleasure to work with. Another good BQ experience.
